Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for video shooting and post-production editing of daily company activities, product promotions, and team culture, producing high-quality short videos or promotional films.

2. Responsible for the design of promotional brochures, posters, product flyers, and other marketing materials, ensuring the company's visual aesthetics across all external communications.

3. Operate and maintain the company's new media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, WeChat Video Channel, Douyin/TikTok) through content publishing and basic promotion.

4. Participate in exhibition booth setup, material coordination, and on-site execution at industry trade shows, gaining hands-on experience in building a brand booth from scratch.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, preferably in Design, Directing/Media Production, New Media, or related fields;

2. Proficient in design and editing software such as PS, PR/AE, and CapCut/Jianying (please include a portfolio with your application);

3. Strong aesthetic sense and a good understanding of online trends; ability to independently write shooting scripts and create storyboards is a plus;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills; willing to travel occasionally for trade shows (very limited and short-term).

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Salary Structure: Base salary + performance/commission. Probationary base salary: RMB 4,000/month (unconditional base pay). Upon conversion to permanent employment, salary will be adjusted based on capability, with total monthly compensation ranging from RMB 6,000 to 10,000 (after tax/deductions).

2. Living Support: Employee dormitory provided (accommodation included), making commuting hassle-free (approximately 3 km from the company); lunch provided (cafeteria or meal allowance), saving you over RMB 2,000 in monthly living costs.

3. Year-End Bonus: 13th-month salary (year-end double pay) — receive an extra month's salary after completing a full year.
